Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Cooked Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast2 Stalks of Celery4 TBSP Light Miracle Whip2 TBSP Sweet Relish
Directions
Chop cooked chicken breast and celery and put into a medium sized bowl. Add miracle whip and relish and mix well.

Serve on bread for a sandwhich.

*For low carb intake, wrap in lettuce leaves or use stalks of celery as edible spoons to scoop and enjoy!

*For extra "Zing" add some chopped seedless grapes and walnuts!
