One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
5 clove Garlic 4 tbsp chopped Shallots 1.5 cup Milk, Soy, Organic, Unsweetened, SILK (1cp/8oz) 2 cup Vegetable Broth 8 oz 2 oz ronzoni healthy harvest whole wheat blend thin spaghetti (by GREENEYEDOKIE) .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
heat oil in pan. Cook garlic and shallot about 2 min. Add broth and soymilk. cook about 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened and pasta is tender. If too much liquid cooks off just add more.
Be sure to season. add nutritional yeast if a cheesy flavor is desired
