Ingredients
1 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 1 cup Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen 85 gram(s) Stop & Shop Frozen Chopped Kale, 1 serving = 1 cup (85g) 1 cup Kraft Feta Cheese Crumbles 1 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g .125 cup Kate's Real Butter Milk (by PASHWO)
Directions
- Saute garlic, spinach, kale, feta until feta melts
- butterfly chicken breast
- place feta mix on one side
- fold other side over mix to look like a sandwich
- prep panko per box (season if desired)
- coat chicken with panko
- bake 15-20* mins @450 (*depends on thickness of chicken)
