Taco Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 4 cup Spinach, fresh 16 oz Ground beef, lean 8 oz Tolerant Black Bean Pasta 8 tbsp Sliced Black Olives 12 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 0.25 cup Cilantro, Fresh Chopped (by NEVERNAKED)
Directions
Cook ground beef, drain fat, add taco seasoning mix per package instructions.
Prepare Tolerant Black Bean Penne noodles according to box instructions.
Mix tomatoes, onions, cheese, cilantro, and olives in a large bowl
Mix lime juice, cumin, pepper in a small bowl
Add Tolerant Black Bean Penne to tomato mixture
Toss all ingredients together and enjoy!
