Ingredients

5g Active Dry Yeast5g Salt 340g warm water1 tbsp Poppyseeds 2 tbsp Linseeds250g Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour (Stoneground is best)250g Strong White Bread Flour
Dissolve yeast in water.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, then add yeast and water mixture and mix.
Knead for approximately 10 minutes then rest for an hour.
Knock back and shape.
Rest for 40 mins (or overnight in the fridge)
Preheat oven to 200 degrees c or gas mark 6
Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 rolls
