8 oz Bechtle Spaetzle - German Egg Noodles (measured dry) (by BEUGEL) 2 serving Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese
Boil noodles per instructions. Saute onion until translucent in 2 TBS butter. Add cooked noodles to pan, stir in beaten eggs. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in cottage cheese, cover pan and allow to blend on low heat for a minute or 2. Remove from heat. Serve.
