Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 cup Spinach, fresh8.0 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving Honeysuckle White Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage- 1/2 #/2 links0.5 cup Onion, small- chopped15.5 oz Great Northern Beans- 1 can14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes- 1 can14.5 oz Chicken Broth- 1 can1.0 serving Barilla Macaroni Elbows- 3/4 c/2 oz dry1.0 serving(s) Schwans Southwest Corn- 2/3 c/93g
Directions
In lg. saucepan, cook sausage over med. heat till no longer pink. Drain and set aside. In same pan, cook onion in 1 T oil till tender. Add 1 clove garlic. Cook 1 minute. Add V8, broth, tomatoes, & macaroni. Cook 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Reduce heat to low. Add sausage and beans. Heat thru. Top each serving with Spinach and 1t. Parm. Serving Size: 5 1.5 cup servings
