Thin Pancakes

Ingredients
4 cups flour1/4 cup sugar4 tsp baking powderSalt to taste----------------Mix dry ingredients in 1 bowl-----------1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (or 1-4oz individual serving size container)4 large eggs4 cups milkWater as needed to thin to runny consistency------------Mix liquid ingredients in 2nd bowl-------
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. In a second bowl, beat the egg with a whisk 20-30 seconds. Gradually add the applesauce, whisking constantly. Stir in milk. Pour milk mixture into dry mixture and mix gently with a spatula. Thin batter with water until like a creamy soup. Let batter stand 10-30 minutes. Make pancakes!

Makes approximately 26 pancakes (using a ladlefull of batter for each)
