Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredients
8c. mashed sweet potatoes1/2 tsp. salt1/3 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla1 c. sugar2 eggs1/2 c. milkTOPPING:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts1/3 c. flour1/3 stick butter
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Add topping.

Topping:

2. Melt butter and mix all ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle over souffle.

3. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
