Mom's Stuffing

Ingredients
3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw16.0 oz HEB Sage Sausage12.0 oz Pepperidge farm herb seasoned cubed stuffing4.0 cup Central Market Organics Free Range Chicken Broth Low Sodium4.0 tbsp HEB Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter1.87 cup Chopped Celery and Onion
Directions
Cook sausage until done. Set aside in large bowl. Melt butter in pan and add celery & onion mix, cooking until translucent. About 5 minutes. Add to large bowl. Add cubed stuffing. Add chicken broth. Mix together. Add eggs one at a time. (Typically need 3-4 eggs.) Should be about the consistency of plaster. Pour into 9x13 glass pan. Bake at 375, covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes. Should be springy. Serving Size: Makes 8 pieces in 9x13 glass pan
