Pecan Yams

Ingredients
6 serving Kerrygold Salted Butter (Serving Size 1 TBSP) 9 tsp Wholesome Organic Dark Brown Sugar .5 cup, chopped Pecans 4 cup, cubes Yams
Directions
Slice peeled yams into 1/4" rounds.
Layer in a sprayed 13x9 pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on top of yams. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
