Ingredients
2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted0.5 lime yields Lime Juice0.5 cup pieces or chips Walnuts10.0 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese0.25 serving Kashi Go LEAN Vanilla Graham Clusters 1 cup1.0 cup low carb sweetened condensed milk
Directions
To make the crust Mix the walnuts and cereal in a freezer bag and crush. Once finely crusted pour into baking tin add melted butter mix and spread...place into oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Once lightly toasted refrigerate. Filling Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, lime juice in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour into crust. Evenly distribute then garnish with lime slice. Cover and chill in freezer for an hour then refrigerate. Serving Size: Makes 9 to 10 slices
