0.50 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 3 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 1 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine 2 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine 0.50 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only) 0.50 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only) 24 tsp Splenda 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 24 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Preheat oven to 325. Spray 9 - inch pie plate with Pam. In medium bowl, mix apples, cinnamon, & nutmeg and put in pie plate.
In medium bowl, combine remaining filling ingredients and mix well. Pour over the apples. In small bowl, mix streusel ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over apple mixture.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cook 5 minutes and store in refrigerator.
Serving Size: 1/8th of the pie
