16 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 3 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 20 slice Bread, white (white bread)
brown sausage and add onions and celery, continuing to cook until vegetables are tender. Dry 1 loaf of bread about 20 slices in a 250 degree oven until crisp, then process in a food processor until crumbs. Add bread to sausage and vegetable mixture. Allow to cool a bit. Mix beaten eggs with 2 cups chicken broth, and fold into bread/sausage mix, add more broth until all ingredients are equally moist. Sometimes it will only take 3 cups broth, sometimes more, depending on the moisture remaining in the bread crumbs. spray a bundt cake pan with cooking spray and spoon dressing evenly into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 4o minutes. let cook 20 minutes and loosen sides with a long thin spatula and turn out onto serving dish.
