1 pound (16.0 oz) 93% Lean Ground Beef1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)1.0 clove Garlic1 can 11oz(2.0 cup) Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)1- 8oz can(1.0 cup) Tomato Sauce2.0 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tsp Diamond Crystal Iodized Salt Sense1.0 tsp Mrs Dash Table Blend2.0 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)1 can (1.5 cups) Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style1 can (1.5 cup) Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned1 can Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Southern Biscuits-1 biscuit
Brown beef adding onion, garlic and green pepper.
Chop meat and cook til meat is browned.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar and corn.
Simmer about 20-30 minutes
Put mixture in an oven-proof dish, lay biscuits on top(if any extras, bake in oven separately).
Bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 20 minutes, until biscuits are cooked and browned.
