Ingredients
2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 serving Salt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp (1.2g)/serving 0.25 gram(s) Scotch Bonnet Pepper per 45g (approx 1 pepper) (by C25KGAL) 6 oz Onion, sweet, raw 3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (by SRILATHA7) 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Wash chicken with vinegar
Mix all ingredients and allow to marinate for 4 hours with all ingredients
Line Foreman grill with foil
Add thighs to grill cover with half the foil
Grill for 3 minutes
