Mustard Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
2 6-oz. tilapia filets1 tsp spicy brown mustard1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp lemon juice1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp dried oregano1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese1 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray glass baking dish with Pam. Place fish in pan and bake for 10 minutes. Stir together all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. After 10 minutes, spread paste over fish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake another 5 minutes until topping is bubbly and golden.
