Chicken with Apricot and Coriander Sauce

Ingredients
350 gram jar Al'Fez Apricot and Coriander (Morrocan Tagine Cooking Sauce) 225 grams Chicken Breast, no skin, sliced1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 medium onion, sliced lengthways1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into strips70 gram Courgette, sliced90 grams Carrots, sliced130 grams Potato, sliced2 tbsp Coriander seed, ground1 tbsp Coriander leaves, fresh
Directions
Saute vegetables, ground coriander seeds and chicken in olive oil. When vegetables are softened and chicken is sealed on all sides, add jar of Moroccan sauce and about half a cup of water. Let simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with couscous or rice.
