Ingredients
1.5 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)0.25 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese (Great Value)0.25 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)0.25 tsp Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black0.5 tbsp Basalmic Vinegar
Directions
Dice veggies and mix with basalmic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste, add cottage cheese as the base.
