3 tsp Ginger Root 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon .75 cup Granulated Sugar 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Mix ginger bug according to instructions and allow to ferment several days. Strain and add to other ingredients in large tight-lidded container. Allow to ferment several days, releasing pressure often.
Refrigerate when fully carbonated.
