4 clove Garlic 3 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 16 tbsp Cilantro, raw or about half a bunch of cilantro4 medium Tomatillos 3 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime about half a lime or you can use lemon1 serrino chill seeds and all
cut the avocado in half
cut cilantro in half
add garlic cloves whole
cut chili in half
cut tomatillos in half and in half again
Combine all ingredients in food processor, blender or a nutra bullet kind of thing top with lime or lemon juice
blend
if it is thick or having a hard time blending add more lemon or lime juice
Flavor with salt or pepper to taste
I like to add salt to my food processor at the end of blending for flavor but it is great with out it
