4 serving Fit & Active Light Mayonnaise 7 large Hard Boiled Egg 1 tbsp Great Value Sweet Pickle relish 5 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
Cook & chill eggs ahead; halve eggs, reserve yolks in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients to yolks, mash together with a fork until smooth. Scoop into small baggie and snip off the bottom corner to pipe into egg white halves-or just use a spoon. Quickly trash leftovers and run water into the utensils! Makes a fast hi-protein snack or small meal.
