Ingredients
19oz can black bean soup15oz can kidney bean, rinsed and drained15oz can garbanzo bean or navy bean, rinsed and drained16oz can vegetarian baked beans28oz can tomato puree28oz can diced tomato15oz can whole kernel corn, drained2 onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 yellow bell pepper, chopped6 jalapeno, chopped2 portabella mushroom, diced10 garlic clove, chopped6-8 tablespoons chili powder (to taste)
Directions
In a slow cooker, combine black bean soup, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, baked beans, tomatoes, corn, onions, bell peppers, jalepenos and mushrooms.
Add garlic, chili powder, and salt.
Cook for at least two hours on High.
