Ingredients
1.0 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw2 Potatoes - Plain Baked Russet Potato15.0 serving(s) butter flavor seasoning
Directions
Chop cauliflower into small pieces. Boil cauliflower and potatoes separately. Drain cauliflower with strainer and leave suspended for five minutes to fully drain all liquid. Mash together with a fork until no stalks are visible and skins are loose. Add butter flavoured popcorn seasoning. Mix and enjoy!!!
