rice with Broccoli Onion and Peppers

Ingredients
2 cup write rice long grain raw (pre0cooked) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup Bell Pepper, Red - 1 Cup, Chopped (by 16HEATHER) 3 tbsp Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil 1.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.75 cup, diced Celery, raw
Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
In a large skillet, saute the onion in the butter, about 3 minutes.
Season to taste with coriander, garlic, crushed red pepper and tarragon.
Add broccoli and celery. Continue cooking over medium heat until broccoli is tooth-tender.
Fluff cooked rice and add to skillet. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Add red pepper and serve.
