BBQ Asian Skirt Steak

Ingredients
2 skirt steaksmarinade1/4 cup diced ginger root3 garlic cloves minced1 TBS soy sauce2 TBS sesame oil1 TBS Cumin (ground)
Directions
marinate the steak for at least 2 hours or overnight to let the marinade sink in.
Spray your grill with cooking spray
and place skirt steaks on grill.
Cook on the first side for 5 minutes, turn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing into strips
