Ingredients
238 gram(s) Bell Pepper Yellow raw sweet (by C25KGAL) 7 serving 14.5 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes (by NORTONGIRL1) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1 Eggplant, fresh 3 clove Garlic 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 4 tsp Splenda 2 tsp Salt 8 tbsp Basil 21 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
2 red, yellow or orange bell peppers diced
2 14.5 ounce cans of tomatoes
1 medium onion diced
1 eggplant cubed
3 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped basil fresh
35 ounces of raw chicken breast, cubed

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
