Homemade wheat egg noodles

Ingredients
2.0 cup pastry wheat flour2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp SaltRice flourOptional1.0 fl oz Water, tap
Directions
Mix egg, flour, and salt. Wrap dough in airtight container and let it rest for 1 hour. If dough is crumbly add damask amounts of water. Cut rested dough into 4 even chunks. Roll out each chunk of dough using a pasta machine or a rolling pin. Use rice flour to reduce sticking. Roll to desired thickness and cut noodles. Dry to store or cook right away in salted boiling water for about 30 sec.
