Cream of Broccoli Soup

1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Onion powder 1 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat) 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Sour Cream- Ralphs fat free sour cream
Place water in sauce pan cut down all parts of the broccoli even the hard stems. They should be cut to inch chunks, spears cut in half, zucchini in half then chunk in thirds. Cook with lid unti stalks are tender. Drain and save water. Take off heat and blend down with milk, garlic, onion powder and bouillon, add cooking fluids until it reaches the thickness you prefer. Taste and adjust spice if necessary, and reheat to your liking. Place your sour creme in center and serve
