Barbs Taco Salad

Ingredients
1.5 head, medium (6" dia) Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 32 oz Ground beef, lean 1.75 cup Great Value Dark Red Kidney Beans no salt added 8 oz great value mild cheddar cheese 32 tbsp Catalina Dressing (Fat free, Kraft) (by BUTRICA) 4 serving Homemade Taco Seasoning 16 serving DORITO NACHO CHEESE 1 OZ BAG 2 large Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced
Directions
In a large skillet brown the ground beef. Drain. Add Taco seasoning and stir well. Remove from heat and let cool.
While ground beef is cooling chop lettuce, tomatoes, shred the cheese and rinse kidney beans.
Combine all ingredients, mix well and serve immediately.
