Fresh Blueberry Spread

Ingredients
2 pints fresh blueberries1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until berries boil and start to break down (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and allow to cool.

For chunky spread, leave as is. For smoother spread place in blender and pulse to desired consistency.

Makes approx. 15 2-tbsp servings
