Apple Oatmeal Crisp

Ingredients
1 medium sized apple, thinly sliced3 TBSP oatmeal (old fashioned)1.5 TSP Brown sugar, packed.5 TSP Cinnamon, groundWater
Directions
Spray a frying pan with pam to prevent sticking, add thinly sliced apple, 2 tablespoons water and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over apples and simmer for a few minutes. Add 3 tablespoons oatmeal and enough water to cook oatmeal, simmer until desired tenderness of apples and oatmeal is reached and serve hot. Can be served on it's own or with a scoop of non-fat vanilla yogurt or icecream (neither are included in nutritional facts).
