72.0 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)1.0 cup Canola Oil4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.33 cup Flour, white1.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour2.0 tsp Baking Soda1.5 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground0.66 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap425.0 Grams Pumpkin, canned, without salt
Grease loaf pans
In large bowl beat truvia blend and oil at med. speed. Add eggs and beat well. Set aside.
Combine dry ingredients separately
Alternate adding water and flour mixture beating on low speed until just mixed
Beat in pumpkin. Spoon into prepared pans
Bake at 350° 55-65 minutes
Cool completely invite racks
Wrap and store overnight before dlicing
