Garlic and Onion Chicken Breasts

1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Onion powder 20 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Heat 1tbsp olive oil in skillet, over medium heat.
sprinkle garlic and onion powder on one side of chicken
place chicken in skillet, seasoned side down
while chicken is cooking, season the side facing you with onion and garlic powder
flip midway through cooking.
cook until no longer pink inside, approximately 5-7 minutes for chicken breasts that have been halved lengthwise.
Serving Size: Makes 5- 4oz portions
