Pecan Sandies

Ingredients
2 cup Butter, salted 1 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar 2 fl oz Water, tap 4 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 cup Flour, white 2 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
Cream softened butter and sugar. Add 2 TB water and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour; fold in pecans. Roll dough in one inch balls. Place on ungraded baking sheet and slightly flatten. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Dust with additional powdered sugar. Serving Size: 60 one inch balls
