Butterless Walnut Chocolate Chunkers

Ingredients
1 oz walnut oil2 oz canola oil⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed⅓ cup sugar1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise1 tsp vanilla extract½ tsp butter extractPinch saltPinch nutmeg½ cup flour½ cup whole wheat flour1 tbsp custard powder½ tsp baking soda½ cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, beat together the oils, sugars, mayonnaise, extracts, salt and nutmeg.
Add flours, custard powder and baking soda, mixing well.
Fold in the chocolate and walnuts.
Scoop 2-tbsp balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet about 2” apart.
Bake 9-11 minutes, until the edges are golden.
Cool on the sheets.
