Low Carb Mocha with Coconut Oil

Ingredients
2 shots espresso8 oz hot water1 tbsp coconut oil1 tbsp heavy whipping cream1/2 packet Simply Cocoa dark chocolate cocoa mix1/2 packet stevia extract
Directions
Boil water and brew espresso. Stir coconut oil into boiled water until it melts to a liquid, then add to hot espresso. Stir in whipping cream, then cocoa mix, then stevia. (The order is important because the Simply Cocoa is meant to be mixed with milk, so you'll want the cream in the espresso before you add it.)
