6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .25 tsp Salt 3 tsp Baking Powder 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .333 cup Sour Cream 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.333 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C) .5 tsp Garlic powder
Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pan with flour spray. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all the wet ingredients together. Mix wet and dry ingredients together, then add the cheese. Spoon the mixture into 9 of the muffins slots. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on top.
