Ingredients
3 eggplants, sliced as thinly as possible olive oil - 3 tbspcider vinegar- .25 cuppaprika- 2 tbspcayenne- .5 tbsp
Directions
slice eggplants as thinly as humanly possible. Mix other ingredients and pour over eggplant slices to coat. Leave to marinate for 2 hours and dehydrate overnight or until desired crispiness.
