Blend all inge fiends except eggs once mixed add eggs one at a time then egg white mix for a min ,GREASE SPRINGFORM PAN I PUT PARCHMENT PAPER CUT TO FIT BOTTOM,USE SHALLOW PAN WITH WARM WATER BATH FOR ABOUT 30 MIN cook 325 45 min,SHUT OFF OVEN AFTER 45 MIN LEAVE PAN IN OVEN LET COOL ,ONCE OVEN COOL GO AHEAD PULL OUT PAN, THIS IS TO TRY TO HELP MINIMIZE ANY CRACKING OF THE CAKE,ONCE COOL USE KNIFE TO BE SURE SIDES ARE OFF PAN AND RELEASE THE PAN
