Ingredients
Directions
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw30.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g1.0 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)1.0 serving seasonings of your choice16.0 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey4.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stableWhat's really nice about this recipe is that you can use egg substitute instead of egg,if you don't have five blend on hand use any Italian cheese, you can also use any bread crumbs the above is just what I had on hand ,I was worried it would taste funny because they were "Japanese "but you couldn't even tell, also I've made this with 1% milk and it was great.so it's basically a very forgiving recipe.
Mix all ingredients together use a 2 TBS , and measure out the meat then roll into balls, cook at 325 for 25 mins. These can be used for spaghetti, sandwiches, soups ect...and they freeze really well =
