16.0 oz Ground Beef (extra lean)350.0 Grams Cauliflower, frozen, cooked240.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh3.0 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh
Chop mushrooms and onions
Rice cauliflower in a food processor
Mix with ground beef, season with salt and pepper
Lightly steam cabbage to make it pliable
Stuff cabbage leaves with ground beef mixture, putbin a baking dish
Pour sauce over cabbage rolls
Bake at 350 until meat is done using a meat thermometer to test
