Ingredients
3.0 cup Milk, nonfat0.08 tsp Paprika0.08 tsp Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt2.0 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched5.0 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp 1.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.08 tsp Cheyenne powder
Directions
Boil macaroni in water with dash of salt pre heat oven to 375 Melt butter gradually add flour stirring 3 minutes low heat Remove from heat Gradually add milk whip with wire whisk add spices Heat to boiling whipping constantly Thicken then remove from heat and add cheddar Drain macaroni Fold into cheese mixture into casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes last 3 under broiler Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
