Beer Bread

Ingredients
3 cup Best Choice Self-Rising Flour (by SJDUBOIS) .25 cup Granulated Sugar .5 stick Margarine, hard 1 can or bottle (12 fl oz) Regular Beer
Directions
Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Add beer and mix well, mixture will be very stiff but do not make it too runny. Place in a greased loaf pan, pour melted margarine over top. Put on a cookie sheet to catch any run off and place in a preheated 375 degree oven. Bake for 1 hour and then dump out of the loaf pan onto a wire rack to cool.
