Julie's Christmas Day Breakfast

Ingredients
4.0 cup Milk, 1%16.0 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese3.0 serving Bread -Aunt Millies Light Potato Bread (2 slices)32.0 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage
Directions
De-crust 6 slices of bread, cut in half, and line the bottom of a 9x13 deep casserole dish (can double layer if desired.) Brown and drain sausage (I use 1/2 mild and 1/2 hot sausage) and layer over bread. Layer cheese over sausage. In a mixing bowl , add together eggs and milk and season with salt/pepper to taste and add 2 teaspoons of dry mustard and Whisk. Pour mixture over cheese layer. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for an hour. Serving Size: Makes 16-20 servings
