Ingredients
4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw8.0 patty, cooked (raw dimensions: 3-7/8" dia x 1/4" thick) Pork Sausage2.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 cup, sliced Summer Squash2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4.0 large Egg white, fresh0.5 serving Panera Bread Ciabatta50.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw0.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese0.5 serving Carl's Jr., 1% Lowfat Milk
Directions
Saute sausage until cooked. Add vegetables and garlic. Saute a few minutes until soft. Tear up bread into bite-sized pieces and put in greased 9x12" pan. Add sausage and veggies evenly over the top. Beat eggs with 1/2 cup 1% milk and pour over the top. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Bake @ 350 for 45 min to an hour. Serving Size: 12
