1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt0.5 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar10.6 tbsp Egg Whites - Great Value 100% Liquid0.5 cup Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft40.0 oz Shady Brook Farms Ground White Turkey
Preheat oven to 350°
Set up your muffin tins. Spray with non stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Place a large spoonful in each muffin cup (I use a ice cream scoop so they can be as close to uniform as possible).
Cook for 45 minutes and enjoy.
