1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 2.5 tsp Baking Powder 1/3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Great Value Iodized Salt (by KPERRY221) 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1/4 tsp Cloves, ground 2 Tbsp. Soy Yogurt Plain (can use other non-dairy yogurt)2 cup Soy Milk, plain (can use other non-dairy milk) 15 oz canned Pumpkin1/3 cup applesauce, unsweetened (may substitute with 1/3 cup prune puree)2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Sift all dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl. In a different bowl, mix all wet ingredients and whisk well. Add wet ingredients to dry, and mix well. Cook in preheated waffle iron (spray with non-stick spray if needed). Leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen and popped into toaster.
