Squash Casserole

Ingredients
zucchini squashyellow squashsliced tomatoessliced onionssliced green bell pepperslow fat mozzarella cheese
Directions
Slice all of the ingredients and layer all the vegetables and then top with the mozzarella cheese. You can make this for one person or for more. After the cheese start over again and then repeat the sequence depending on how much you need to fix. Do this in a casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove foil and the end to brown the cheese.
