24.0 oz Ground beef1.0 cup oat bran (Google info)2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Mix all together, add seasoning to taste, cook about 1 hour at 350.
